Full job description

We are a full-service, strategically-minded design and marketing agency based in North East Lincolnshire. We deliver new perspectives that help our clients get noticed, drive footfall and increase sales.

We are offering a highly motivated, experienced, confident and very creative Graphic Designer a fantastic career opportunity to join our in-house design team as a full-time member.

The successful applicant will be a responsible and friendly team player with self-driven abilities, possessing a very strong creative style, detailed skills in developing creative ideas, creating finished artwork and able to work in a fast-paced studio environment. The ideal candidate will take the initiative when producing designs to inspire using a wide range of mediums and channels and will be fully knowledgeable within the Adobe Creative Suite.

Job Responsibilities:

You will work closely with the internal Management Team to create ideas and translate client briefs into design concepts and artwork ready for execution through wide and varied channels.
Produce work to the highest of standards with an efficient, organised approach
Ensure work is designed to meet brand guidelines and carry a high level of accuracy.
Manage own time to prioritise deadlines and requirements accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

1+ years of experience within a design agency
A genuine love for design
Advanced knowledge within the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Good understanding of AI technologies
Good understanding of print and web export resolutions
Keen on strategy and research-based projects in order to deliver successful designs
Creative flair, originality and strong visual sense

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (9.00 am-5.30 pm with overtime when required).

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (preferred but not essential)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent on location, eventually leading to Hybrid working if required.
