We are looking for a hands-on Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Gloucester. Working as part of a skilled production function, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality cold water pressure boosting systems and ensuring products are built safely, accurately and on schedule.
This role plays a key part in helping us deliver industry-leading pumping solutions to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Assemble mechanical and electrical components for cold water pressure booster systems in line with engineering drawings and specifications.

Carry out electrical control wiring, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Primarily work on our Scuba Tank product line and smaller build projects.

Manufacture products in line with production schedules to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.

Maintain high levels of quality and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.

Follow all health and safety procedures and report any hazards or near misses.

Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and safe production environment.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and business objectives.

Mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Ability to interpret and follow wiring diagrams, technical drawings and assembly instructions.

Experience cutting, crimping and terminating cables to a high standard.
