Lettings Negotiator
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing business where you will play a key role in supporting landlords, tenants, and applicants throughout the lettings journey while helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position that combines lettings, customer service, property coordination, and business support. Working both in the office and out in the field, you will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process, from conducting viewings and property inspections to liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings, inspections, and inventories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants
- Support the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in
- Coordinate maintenance and property-related works with contractors
- Assist with tenancy administration and property compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide outstanding service
- Support marketing activities and help promote available properties
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within required timescales
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence when dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
- Previous experience in lettings, property, sales, customer service, or administration is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate
