Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, develop sales strategies, and contribute to the growth of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to support our diverse customer base. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to build a career in sales within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with business clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
Identify potential sales opportunities within the B2B sector and generate new leads
Conduct analysis of customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update client information
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales processes
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations in both English and Spanish as needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends to effectively advise clients
Support the organisation’s sales targets through consistent effort and strategic planning

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles, demonstrating successful client engagement and deal closure
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights for strategic decision-making
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is highly advantageous for communicating with diverse clients
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional approach to customer service
