Job Summary

Multi-Trade Operative / Bathroom Fitter Required

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Operative with strong bathroom fitting experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be capable of carrying out a wide range of maintenance, refurbishment, and installation works, with a particular focus on complete bathroom refurbishments from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Full bathroom installations and refurbishments
Removal and replacement of baths, toilets, basins, showers, and bathroom furniture
Wall and floor tiling
First and second-fix plumbing works
Bathroom preparation, including boarding, plastering, and making good
Internal and external decorating
Carpentry and joinery works, including fitting doors, skirting boards, architraves, and boxing-in pipework
Plastering, patch repairs, and finishing works
General property maintenance and refurbishment tasks
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative
Demonstrable bathroom fitting experience, including plumbing, tiling, installation of sanitary ware, and finishing works
Strong skills in plumbing, decorating, carpentry, and plastering
Ability to manage bathroom projects from strip-out to final completion
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
Own tools preferred
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach

Desirable:

Experience fitting wet rooms and walk-in showers
Knowledge of waterproofing systems and bathroom ventilation requirements
Relevant trade qualifications
Ability to undertake additional trades such as flooring and basic electrical works
Own tool preferable
Own vehicle preferable
