Full job description

Symonds & Sampson is seeking a full- time Administrator to join our Rural & Professional Team in our Axminster Office. This is an opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of the team. We are looking for someone who can think independently, has strong administrative skills, and contributes to a supportive environment where they can learn new skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining good relations with clients
Diary management for a busy team
Confidently communicating with clients in person, by phone, and by email
Preparing paperwork and data management
Carrying out occasional viewings of properties

KEY SKILLS

Excellent computer skills
A good eye for detail including proof reading
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and databases

EXPERIENCE

At least two years of relevant customer facing experience
Experience of farming/agriculture and/or property an advantage but not essential
Creative or artistic design experience useful for brochures and sales particulars

A competitive salary commensurate with experience £28,000-£30,000 per annum
Holiday starting at 30 days per year including bank holidays plus additional annual leave days during Christmas week

THE OFFICE Our Axminster office is home to Residential and Agricultural Agents, Letting Agents, and our Property Auctions department.
