The role also involves supporting academic colleagues in the effective use of digital pedagogy and online learning tools, while contributing to quality assurance processes and the development of consistent course design standards across programmes.
As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will help ensure that NITE’s online provision remains engaging, professionally relevant, and responsive to developments in teacher education, learning design, and educational technology.

You will understand the importance of accessibility, learner engagement, and evidence-informed practice in successful online education.
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, you will be able to manage competing priorities, contribute to curriculum innovation, and support the delivery of high-quality teacher training provision.
