HR Coordinator — Dudley (Part-Time, Maternity Cover)

The rewards

£30,000 per year pro rata (30 hours per week)
Flexible working options: 4 full days or 5 days around school hours
12-month maternity cover starting August 2026

Hours

30 hours per week — 4 full days or 5 days around school hours

The role of HR Coordinator:

Onboarding and offboarding: prepare contracts, offer packs and pre-employment checks; manage leavers process
Recruitment support: draft job advertisements, issue contracts and offer letters, verify right to work
Payroll administration: prepare and log payroll instructions including contractual variations, overtime, family leave and starters/leavers
Employee relations: first point of contact for line managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures
Performance and training: assist with annual performance reviews, roll out induction e-learning to new starters, source training providers

The ideal HR Coordinator:

Proven experience in an HR administration role
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

SF Recruitment are partnering with a prominent manufacturing business in the Dudley area to recruit an HR Administrator on a flexible part-time basis for a 12-month maternity cover starting August 2026. Flexible hours available to suit school hours or 4-day weeks.
