Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' front of house experience in a customer-facing hospitality role

- Ability to lead by example during busy service periods
- Calm under pressure with strong organisational skills
- Supervisory or senior FOH experience is desirable

We're looking for an experienced Senior Front of House Guest Experience Host who is passionate about hospitality and ready to take on greater responsibility while helping to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day.
About the Role
As the face of Piri Fresco, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive.
This is a senior, hands-on front of house position, ideal for someone with strong hospitality experience who enjoys mentoring colleagues, leading by example and contributing to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and professionalism
- Create memorable first impressions and build rapport with customers
- Manage seating arrangements and maintain an efficient service flow
- Adapt your service style to meet the needs of different guests
- Support and guide the front of house team during busy shifts
- Resolve guest queries and complaints professionally
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
- Help encourage repeat business through exceptional hospitality
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive team environment
Essential Requirements
- Minimum two years' experience in a front of house hospitality role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, confident and approachable personality
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, organised and professional approach to work
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
Desirable Experience
- Previous supervisory or senior front of house experience
- Experience using reservation and table management systems
- Interest in progressing into hospitality management
