Job Summary
We currently have a requirement for an experienced Control Panel Wirer to work in our workshop in Chatham Kent and be prepared to carry out on site control panel Modifications.
Experience with BMS control panels is essential, mainly Trend, but we also do many other BMS systems like Honeywell, Cylon, Syxthsense, Siemens, Delta and Seachange to name a few.
Job Duties
Work within a team Wiring BMS and complex control systems, Including looming, cable crimping and cable terminating work, and follow instruction from workshop manager
Proffessionalism, a positive attitude and willingness to work as a team player.
Must maintain Red Line drawing mark ups of changes during fabrication.
The ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Maintain product continuity and quality
Lay out electrical components to design wiring drawings
Mechanical assembly
Maintain technical records
Fabrication of panels
Reading from schematic drawings
Wiring of control panels
Completing work to a high standard
Looming and crimping
Fitting and wiring from base plate level from schematics
Attending site when required to carry out control panel modifications to existing control panels mainly in the London area.
Candidate must be able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; able to use reason, review facts and weigh options.
Able to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines; do work right the first time and inspect material for flaws; reinforce excellence as a fundamental priority
