Junior Business Support Administrator (Fixed Term Contract 12 Months)

Role Overview
Supporting both our Business Support and Sales Operations teams, you'll play an important role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. You'll provide administrative support across the project lifecycle, assist with sales enquiries, maintain accurate records and work closely with Project Managers and colleagues across the business. This role offers excellent exposure to different areas of the business while providing the opportunity to develop new skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing administrative support throughout the project lifecycle, including raising orders, assisting with invoicing and maintaining project records.
- Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and helping ensure projects are accurately documented from start to finish.
- Booking travel and accommodation where required and assisting with project closure activities.
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries via phone, email and the company website.
- Logging and maintaining accurate customer and enquiry records within our CRM system and allocating enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Providing general administrative support to the Business Support team and assisting colleagues during busy periods and holiday cover.
- Maintaining accurate business records and ensuring company systems are kept up to date.
- Carrying out other administrative duties as required to support the wider business.

- Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
