Private Wellness is a luxury private wellness spa offering premium sauna, steam, cold therapy and wellness experiences. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated individual to become the face of our business while helping us grow our online presence.
This role combines front-of-house reception duties with digital marketing and social media management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has a passion for creating engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
Reception
Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage bookings, telephone calls and email enquiries.
Keep the premises area clean, organised and welcoming between each client
Assist clients throughout their visit to ensure a premium experience.
Marketing & Social Media
Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms.
Create engaging photos, videos and promotional content.
Plan and schedule social media posts.
Respond to online enquiries and messages.
Help increase brand awareness and generate new bookings through digital marketing.
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Confident and professional when dealing with clients.
Experience managing social media accounts.
Ability to create high-quality photo and video content.
Good understanding of current social media trends.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar software is desirable.
Well-presented with a polished and professional appearance suitable for representing a luxury wellness brand.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Desirable
Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, wellness or beauty.
Basic website management (WordPress or similar).
Photography or videography skills.
Digital marketing or SEO experience.
