Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Hours: Flexible volunteer shifts available Monday-Friday between 8:30am-5:00pm
As one of our Volunteer Receptionists, you’ll be the friendly face of our Head Office, creating a warm and professional welcome for everyone who visits. Whether you’re greeting supporters, helping with deliveries or ensuring our meeting rooms are ready for guests, your contribution will help keep our Head Office running smoothly while making a lasting first impression. No two days are the same, making this a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people and being part of a busy team.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll support a variety of front-of-house and administrative activities, including:
- Welcoming visitors
- Supporting office operations
- Facilities support
- Supporter engagement

- Reliable and dependable
- Confident using basic IT systems

You are expected and encouraged to raise and escalate appropriately any potential breaches or areas for improvement regarding the above.
The role is subject to a Basic DBS check.
