Job Description

Lear Corporation is looking for a Costing/Estimating Manager who will work with the finance team on the costing for a new project with a prestigious OEM. He will report directly to Financial Director

Responsibilities

Manage the process of new RFQ with other teams Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Finance to obtain the right Financials level requested by Division on time and accurate.
Manage Cost analysis teams to be obtain all activities request by system, evolution of costs and price during the developments of product.
Cost analysis support for new request and modification tooling and variable cost (was-is)
Cost analysis support and manage with other Intercompany division (Foam, Trim covers, Headrests, Wire harness and Metal parts) process of make or buy.
Providing MGR update on risks & opportunities for all development products.
Interacting with Engineering, Sales, Program Management Teams, Purchasing and Cost Analysis
Contributing to Lear financial strategy and decision-making processes

Experience Requirements

Finance qualifications required
Nice to have experience in working in Automotive or Production facilities
Leadership skills with proven experience in managing successful teams
Excellent communication skills and business acumen
Ability to work closely and build partnership with other departments and functions including senior level management
High level of reliability and working ethics
Ability to work under the time pressure and deadlines
Computer literacy with advanced MS Excel skills
