Job Description
This is a permanent, full-time, daytime role working Monday to Friday and offers a salary up to £37,672.00 per annum plus car allowance.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in delivering a flexible, varied and robust facilities service across all sites, while assisting with day-to-day activities and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in line with company Environmental, Safety, Health and Quality (ESH+Q) policies and procedures.
- Support smooth running of UK sites and facilities operations
- Monitor services (maintenance, cleaning, waste) and follow up issues
- Coordinate repairs and contractor activities
- Ensure compliance and statutory checks are completed
- Maintain communication with suppliers and site teams
- Manage Facilities systems and records
- Respond to urgent issues and escalate where needed
- Support ordering of materials and supplies
Profile
- Strong FM and contractor coordination skills
- Good understanding of compliance requirements
- Proactive, organised and adaptable
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, able to prioritise workload
- Hands-on, flexible and solutions-focused mindset
