Job description:

We’re excited to be looking for a Lettings Tenancy Signings & Accounts Coordinator to join the vibrant and passionate team in our Roath branch.

£30 – 33k salary starting salary, based on experience.

The role:

This is a full-time, permanent position for an individual who is driven, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tenancy signings, managing the applicant referencing process, handling basic accounts tasks, and actively following up on outstanding rent arrears in a professional and timely manner.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

Communicating with prospective contract-holders and landlords via phone and email to complete referencing and ensure tenancies progress efficiently
Manage rent arrears including contacting contract-holders for unpaid rent, liaising with their guarantors and housemates where required, and keeping landlords updated throughout
Assisting with incoming statements and accurately receipting a high volume of rent payments
Handling walk-ins, incoming calls and general tenancy and accounts enquiries.
Supporting a variety of administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth running of the department

What we’re looking for:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong relationship-building ability
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines
Proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
Adaptable and quick to learn – no two days are the same

Requirement:

At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role

Hours & Location:

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5pm
Saturdays (rota basis): 9:30am-2pm
Based in our Albany Road, Roath branch
