We are looking for a Technician Demonstrator with expertise and skills in creative applications of programable technologies to complement our excellent technical provision.
The technical team, and the workshops, studios and resources they manage are key to CSAD’s student experience. The technical team manages CSAD’s technical provision, deploying the School’s equipment and space in a system that ensures fairness and enhances safety, whilst promoting creativity, student-centred learning and initiative.
You will have a broad, practical knowledge of electronics and PCB design as well as an ability to program electronics using systems such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi and ESP32.
You’ll lead the way by:
Supervising creative processes and practices to facilitate student learning.
Demonstrating techniques and processes.
Coordinating requirements and purchasing materials and equipment.
Developing own skills and knowledge to support the student experience.
Ensuring safe practice through implementation of the School’s Health and Safety policy.

Clear communication skills – You can explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to support students and colleagues.
