KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Take ownership of the Communications page, where all manual orders and quotes are received.

Review incoming requests, complete feasibility checks, and ensure all required information is present.

Log orders and quotes promptly and accurately for the wider team to process.

Support the production/processing team with processing errors and ensure this is communicated with the customer.

Support with the logging and administration of manual orders.

Assist with stock order entry and checks as required. Maintain high levels of accuracy when inputting data into systems.

Handle general customer enquiries via phone, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance.

Identify issues quickly and escalate where appropriate.

Work closely with the Processing and CSO teams to resolve order-related questions.

Provide timely updates and ensure information is shared clearly across departments.

Proactively highlight issues or trends that may impact workflow or customer experience.

Ensure internal processes and procedures are followed at all times. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows or reduce errors. Maintain accurate records and support audit or compliance activities where needed.

EXPERIENCE

Previous order processing or administrator experience within the same or similar industry

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30
Salary: £24,784.50
