Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Chauffeur to operate on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will possess a professional driving background, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle safety and presentation. This role offers flexible hours suitable for individuals with a passion for driving whilst providing an opportunity to work independently while representing our organisation with professionalism.

Responsibilities

Safely operate vehicles for clients, ensuring punctuality and comfort during journeys
Assist with loading and unloading luggage or cargo, including heavy lifting when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal condition
Communicate effectively, providing courteous and professional service at all times
Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and client preferences
Conduct routine safety checks and report any vehicle issues promptly
Adhere to all road safety laws and company policies throughout each shift

Requirements

Proven experience as a private driver (not as a taxi driver or driving a delivery vehicle)
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record; personal driver experience is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting when required, demonstrating physical fitness and stamina
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to assist in routine upkeep
Reliable contractor status
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends or evenings as needed
