Job Overview
The Renaissance at Kelham Hall are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage projects, optimise digital marketing efforts, and enhance our online presence.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
Utilise Google Ads and Google Analytics to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Create engaging content for various platforms, demonstrating strong copywriting skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Lead project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for search engines.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the B2B sector.
Foster strong communication within the team while providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members.

Experience

Proven experience in a marketing management role with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with IT concepts as they relate to digital marketing.
A solid understanding of social media platforms and their role in modern marketing strategies.
Experience with email marketing campaigns and analysis of their effectiveness.
