Help us grow more than herbs.
At Lincolnshire Herbs, we don't operate a traditional factory.
We grow, harvest, pack and dispatch millions of living herbs every year, managing the entire process from seed to customer.
We're looking for an Assistant Production Manager to become the right-hand person to our Production Manager and play a key role in leading our Living Herbs operation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone from a horticulture, glasshouse, fresh produce, agriculture, farming or FMCG background who enjoys combining people leadership, operational planning and crop management in a fast-moving environment.
The Role
You'll support the day-to-day management of our Living Herbs operation, overseeing activities from:
Sowing
Planting
Growing & Crop Care
✂️ Harvesting
Packing
Dispatch
Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll help ensure the operation delivers customer requirements safely, efficiently and profitably whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and plant health.
No two days are the same.
Customer orders can change at short notice, crop growth can be influenced by environmental conditions, and priorities can shift quickly. You'll need to think ahead, make sound decisions under pressure and ensure resources are deployed where they add the greatest value.
