At Freedom Works Group, we're home to two of Sussex and Surrey's leading flexible workspace brands - Freedom Works and PLATF9RM. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant to help drive the next stage of our journey.

The Role

As our Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for driving new business across both Freedom Works and PLATF9RM.

This is a proactive sales role where success comes from creating opportunities as well as converting them. Alongside managing inbound enquiries, you'll identify and engage prospective businesses, build relationships, generate your own pipeline and guide opportunities through to completion.

From the first conversation through to signing new members, you'll take ownership of the entire sales journey. Whether you're networking, following up warm leads, conducting workspace tours or preparing proposals, you'll play a key role in growing occupancy across our portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and creating new business opportunities across both brands
Building and maintaining your own pipeline of qualified prospects
Converting inbound enquiries into new members
Proactively reaching out to prospective customers through networking, referrals and business development activity
Conducting engaging tours across our workspaces and travelling between sites as required
Preparing proposals and confidently guiding opportunities through to completion
Building lasting relationships with businesses of all sizes
Working towards occupancy and revenue targets
Managing your pipeline and activity through Pipedrive
Working closely with our Operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to move-in

What we're looking for

You'll be someone who:

Has a passion for sales and business development
Enjoys creating opportunities and building a pipeline from scratch
Is confident building relationships with new customers
Enjoys working towards targets and achieving results
Has excellent communication and presentation skills
Is organised and able to manage multiple opportunities
Takes ownership of their pipeline and follows opportunities through to completion
Is proactive, self-motivated and commercially aware
Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or a customer-facing commercial role would be beneficial, but more importantly we're looking for someone with drive, resilience and a genuine passion for winning new business.

What you'll receive

£26,436.80 basic salary
On Target Earnings (OTE) of up to £32,000
