Digital Marketing Assistant

Thomas Bradley & Co Group

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our in-house marketing team, supporting a portfolio of companies across the professional services space — spanning marketing, estate agency, legal services, and accountancy & financial advisory.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn digital marketing across social media, content, email, and CRM in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment. You'll work closely with our marketing and growth lead, and with our website and CRM specialists, to keep campaigns, content, and client communications running smoothly across the group.

What you'll be doing

- Creating and scheduling social media content across our brands

- Drafting email campaigns and client communications

- Supporting print and offline marketing materials

- Helping maintain our CRM (GoHighLevel) — keeping data clean and campaigns organised

- Assisting with landing pages, thank you pages, and simple website updates

- Supporting reporting on campaign performance and marketing KPIs

- General marketing admin and coordination across group companies and projects

What we're looking for

- Some experience in a marketing, content, or social media role (agency, in-house, or freelance)

- Comfortable writing clear, engaging copy for different audiences

- Organised, reliable, and happy to juggle several projects at once

- Interest in learning CRM/marketing automation tools (training provided)

- A proactive, can-do attitude — this is a growing team with room to develop

- Experience with Canva, basic design tools, or scheduling platforms is a plus but not essential
