Join a Growing Leader in Video Telematics & Fleet Technology

Are you a driven, results-focused sales professional with a passion for technology and business development? We're looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to help grow our presence in the rapidly expanding video telematics and vehicle tracking market.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge fleet technology that helps businesses improve driver safety, reduce operating costs, protect assets, and increase operational efficiency.

Overview

As an Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored fleet technology solutions to commercial clients across multiple industries.

You'll spend the majority of your time meeting customers face-to-face, managing your own sales pipeline, and closing profitable business.

Duties

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Arrange and attend face-to-face customer meetings.
Demonstrate video telematics, vehicle tracking, dash cameras, and fleet management solutions.
Build long-term relationships with fleet operators and decision-makers.
Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract completion.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven B2B field sales experience.
Strong new business development skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to manage your own diary and territory.

Desirable:

Experience selling:
Video telematics
Vehicle tracking
Fleet management software
Dash cameras
GPS tracking
Transport technology
SaaS or subscription-based solutions
Experience selling into logistics, transport, construction, utilities, or commercial fleets.
