Role Overview
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Casual Production Associates to join our small, friendly team on an ad-hoc basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has an eye for detail. You’ll help us produce, finish, and carefully pack our candles to the highest standard, ensuring every product that leaves our studio delights our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with candle pouring, labelling, and finishing.
Preparing and packaging products with care, ensuring they are gift-ready.
Picking and packing customer orders for both retail and wholesale.
Ensuring accurate labeling and timely dispatch of shipments.
Restocking packaging supplies and keeping track of materials.
Maintaining a clean and organised production and packing space.
Following health & safety and quality control procedures.
Supporting the team with general studio duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
Comfortable with hands-on, practical tasks.
Organised and reliable when handling customer orders.
Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
Previous experience in production, packing, or retail is a bonus, but not essential – training will be provided.

Hours & Pay

Casual, ad-hoc shifts (hours may vary week to week depending on production and order volume).
Flexible working patterns to suit availability.
Competitive hourly rate.
