Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Part Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Your energetic approach and positive attitude will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth daily operations. This position offers flexible hours perfect for those looking to contribute their organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and with excellent phone etiquette.
Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents to support office efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to uphold a professional environment.
Assist with administrative projects and support team members with various office tasks.

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is valued!
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
