Start your journey in Jersey’s dynamic Financial Services Trust sector! We’re seeking a motivated Officer Trainee to join our Fiduciary Management Team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to delivering exceptional client service in a supportive environment.

What Will You Do?

As a trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

Providing administrative support to the Fiduciary Management Team, including filing, document management, and meeting preparation.
Assisting with client-related tasks such as payment arrangements and database updates to ensure efficient service delivery.
Handling ad hoc administrative duties and supporting team members during absences.
Acting as a first point of contact for clients, preparing correspondence (letters, emails) with precision and professionalism.
Learning and adhering to RBC’s policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including audit requirements.

Must-Have:

Educated to A-level or equivalent

A proactive approach, a flexible mindset and a genuine team spirit.
Clear, confident communication, whether you're writing it down or talking in through.
Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with financial services or administrative roles (no prior experience required—we’ll train you!).
