This role is not just about delivery — you will represent our business warmly, guiding customers as they set up new technology. You will collaborate with an encouraging and knowledgeable team. Your passion and dedication will enable us to offer excellent service!
Delivery
- Load, transport, and deliver appliances, IT, and AV products safely and securely.
- Handle products with care to ensure they arrive in flawless condition.
- Complete delivery records accurately and on time.
Customer Experience
- Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful service at every delivery.
- Communicate clearly with customers about delivery times and basic product information.
Support
- Assist installers and technicians on-site when needed (e.g. unpacking or positioning products).
- Report any issues, damages, or customer concerns promptly.
Working safely and responsibly
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including safe manual handling.
- Carry out basic vehicle checks and keep vehicles clean and presentable.
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.

Experience/Qualifications
- A full, valid UK/Jersey driving licence (essential)
- Medium Goods Vehicle License (essential)
- Basic IT awareness (essential)
- Previous delivery or driving experience (desirable)
- Experience handling large appliances or similar items (desirable)
- Manual handling or First Aid training (desirable).
