Our expertise allows us to provide the finest air conditioning services for commercial, domestic and residential customers, including service repair, maintenance and supply & install of air conditioning systems from the leading manufacturers.
The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Administrator to assist with the day to day running of the department. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following;
- Scheduling of PPM tasks with clients as per the PPM planner ensuring all client KPIs are met.
- Raising of booked jobs on our CAFM system to deploy to engineers
- Assigning relevant RAMS to jobs for engineers
- Completing FGas Compliance Logs for attended sites
- Proof reading job reports for errors before sending to clients and the service dept. if remedials are required.
- Sign off completed jobs on relevant spreadsheets to ensure up to date records are maintained.
- Invoicing of all jobs ensuring correct POs are used where applicable.
- Raising of POs for engineers to buy tools and materials when required.
- Quoting new contracts from domestic and small commercial sales leads from the sales department
- Professionally answer incoming telephone calls and divert accordingly
- Ensuring that all operatives time is fully utilized and travelling kept to a minimum
- Liaising with sub-contractors to arrange works and obtain updates.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and maintenance personnel
Requirements
- High quality interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbally
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Positive in their approach to work with a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Able to work efficiently on your own and as part of a team
· Flexible and adaptable to change.
· Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and mange time effectively to ensure that maintenance works are completed on time
· Customer service experience is essential
· Experience scheduling maintenance jobs is desirable but not essential
This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week to be worked 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You will have 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, this is per full year.
Salary: £27,500 to £30,000 (depending on experience)
Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
