Join Adult Learning Disability Services as our Training and Service Development Manager and play a pivotal role in one of the most significant periods of change and development within the service. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll lead initiatives that strengthen recruitment, develop staff, enhance organisational culture and support the delivery of ambitious service improvements.
