Role Objective:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Operations and Services Team at Citrus Group in this newly created role. The successful candidate will be a critical support to the efficient operations across the Citrus Group of companies.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Making equipment deliveries and collections;
- Planning & scheduling equipment for training course, both internally and with external suppliers;
- Liaising with trainers and suppliers directly concerning equipment issues or deliveries;
- Receive the plant deliveries;
- Support crane related courses (training will be given if required);
- Scaffold inspection (training will be given if required);
- General assistance with site facilities as required.
The Person:
Knowledge
- Previous experience in maintenance/facilities role is desirable;
- Practical skills are essential to the role, including the ability to carry out general site maintenance;
- Current and valid driving license is essential (must cover category B vehicles);
- Experience of driving commercial vehicles.
Skills
- Willingness to learn new skills where required, for example, plant machinery driving;
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the business;
- Excellent people skills and customer focused;
- Strong time management, organisation, and priorities skills,
- Good PC skills.

- Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with the fellow colleagues;
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative, but can also take instruction;
- Ability to work flexibly.
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
The successful candidate will need a flexible approach to working hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and the business.
