- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Hours: 15 hours per week
- Working Days: 2 days per week - Friday and Saturday 09.00 - 17.30
- Location: Our lovely Salcombe location.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Property Checker to ensure our holiday homes are guest-ready in every detail. This hands-on role is key to creating those “wow” moments when guests arrive.
As part of the team, you’ll also join our on-call rota, earning an extra £350–£525 per week for handling urgent guest issues, covering an on call out of hours emergency phone between 5.30pm - 9am, 7 days per week typically 3-4 times a year. Due to the travel included, own car and driver is essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspecting properties inside and out, including BBQs and hot tubs
- Checking welcome packs, supplies, and amenities
- Ensuring all equipment is in working order
- Managing special requests such as high chairs or bed reconfigurations
- Addressing and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Occasionally assisting with cleaning or delivering guest items
- Maintaining accurate property records and inventories
What You’ll Bring:
