The Company

IDShip is an ecommerce fulfilment company based in Plympton. We provide merchandising, and order pick & pack services to online retailers. Mainly fashion clothing and accessories.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operative to join our enthusiastic team..

Responsibilities

Unpacking, checking, and inspecting goods
Refolding, re-stickering/coding and repackaging stock
Stock checking
Stock replenishment
Picking & Packing ecommerce orders
Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for managing stock accurately.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
A proactive approach towards safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

An eye for detail, methodical approach, confidence in inputting data and adherence to strict quality control measures are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work using their own initiative. Our warehouse roles can be physically demanding so would be suited to a candidate who likes to be active and thrives in a busy environment.

Full training will be provided, some experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Due to the nature of the role, the hours can be flexible.

Part time from 12 hours per week

Full time hours 8:30-17:00, 30 minute break (40 hours per week)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.85 per hour for workers aged 21 and over
