Philip James Estate Agents | Manchester City Centre

Looking for a Saturday job that offers more than just retail or hospitality work? Philip James is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Saturday Assistant to join our busy Manchester city centre office. This is a customer-facing role supporting our sales, lettings and property management teams. It would suit a student, graduate, or someone interested in a career in property.

Key responsibilities:

Greeting clients and visitors
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Supporting the sales and lettings teams with administrative tasks
Maintaining a professional office environment
General office administration

What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills
Friendly and professional manner
Good attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office
Reliable and punctual
Interest in property is desirable but not essential
