AND Healthcare is a UK-based consumer health company with a portfolio of clinically-positioned brands. Our flagship brand, BlinkBetter, is the UK's fastest-growing independent eyelid care range, sold across Amazon UK and US, direct-to-consumer via Shopify, and through a growing network of opticians and pharmacies. Our second brand, Base18, is a clinical skincare range built on advanced formulations.
We are currently expanding internationally, building a professional trade programme, and scaling our direct-to-consumer business.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Brand Designer & Creative Manager to take full ownership of brand execution across both brands and every customer-facing channel. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong creative ability with commercial thinking and genuine initiative.
The right candidate will not wait to be briefed. They will identify opportunities, propose solutions, and execute to a high standard — treating our brands with the care and ambition they would bring to their own.
Key Responsibilities
Brand and Creative Direction — Own the visual identity and creative consistency of BlinkBetter and Base18 across all touchpoints, including packaging, product listings, photography, and digital assets. Ensure every piece of output reinforces the brand system.
Email Marketing — Manage the full email programme in Klaviyo, including weekly campaigns, automated sequences, segmentation strategy, and performance reporting.
Website Management — Maintain and continuously improve our Shopify sites (BlinkBetter, Base18, and the AND Healthcare trade site), including landing pages, product pages, and conversion optimisation.
Amazon Creative — Produce main images, A+ content, and brand store pages to support our UK, US, and international marketplace listings, working to commercial briefs from the marketplace team.
Copywriting — Write or oversee all customer-facing copy across channels, including product descriptions, email content, packaging copy, professional materials, and social media.
Social Media — Plan and produce a consistent content calendar across platforms, building brand awareness and trust through considered, quality content.
UGC and Creator Management — Source, brief, and manage relationships with content creators and freelance photographers to build a growing library of authentic brand content.
Trade and Professional Materials — Produce sell sheets, sample pack inserts, counter displays, and presentation materials for our professional channel. Understand that clinical and trade audiences require different messaging and evidence than consumer audiences.
Product Launches — Lead the creative execution for new product launches and international market entries end to end, from packaging through to listing, email, and landing page.
On any given week you might be producing packaging artwork for a new product, building an Amazon A+ page, designing an email campaign in Klaviyo, creating a professional sell sheet for an optician, laying out a landing page in Shopify, or art-directing a product shoot. This role requires someone who is as comfortable in Illustrator as they are thinking about brand strategy. If your day-to-day no longer involves hands-on design work, this is not the right fit.
Requirements
Essential:
- 3–6 years of experience in a brand management, creative marketing, or in-house design role, ideally within consumer goods, e-commerce, health, or beauty
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design work across packaging, digital, and print — not solely social media content or campaign management
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) — this is a daily production tool, not an occasional one
- Ability to produce print-ready packaging artwork and press-ready trade materials
- Demonstrable experience owning brand execution across multiple channels, not solely within a single discipline
- Proficiency in Shopify, including page building and optimisation
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo
- Confident, clear copywriting across commercial and editorial contexts
- Evidence of at least one product launch managed end to end
- Working fluency with AI tools as part of your creative and production workflow
Desirable:
- Amazon listing, A+ content, or marketplace creative experience
- Background in health, beauty, wellness, or pharmaceutical branding
- Experience managing UGC creators or freelance content producers
- Exposure to B2B, trade, or professional marketing
Working Arrangement
This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working pattern: two days per week at our Bolton headquarters and three days working remotely.

- £32,000 – £38,000 per annum depending on experience
