About Green Snow
Green Snow is an eCommerce management agency and 3PL fulfilment business based in Ower, close to Southampton and just off the M27 motorway. We work with two types of client: consumer brands who need a quality-first D2C and B2B partner, and teams, musicians or individuals with passionate audiences who want everything handled properly, from store to doorstep.
One thing that sets us apart: we run our own brands alongside our client work. The same team, at the same time. That means we understand eCommerce commercially, not just operationally.
The work we do can be high profile. We work with the likes of Team GB, Nestle & Warner Music Group, among others. In 2025 we were named Digital/eCommerce Business of the Year at the Southampton Business Success Awards. We put the customer first, and we do the right thing. People in our team care about the brands they are working with, and the customer experience is paramount.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely curious about data - the kind of person who spots something odd in a report and can’t leave it alone until they know what caused it and what to do about it.
You’ll work within our marketing team across a portfolio of retained clients. The core of the role is owning the data and insight layer: monitoring performance across various tools including Shopify, GA4, SEO tools, heat maps and eCRM, understanding what the numbers are telling you, and turning that into clear actions. Our clients trust us to stay on top of things and flag what matters.
We use AI tools day to day - to work faster and get more from the data we have. We’d expect you to do the same. Not as a shortcut, but as a natural part of how you work to maximise your capabilities and strengths.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client store performance across all data points including Shopify, Google tools and 3rd party tracking apps to monitor what’s changed, understanding why, and knowing what action to take.
- Own the monthly reporting cycle: pull and structure performance data, build dashboards and produce clear client reports that explain the story behind the numbers.
- Support SEO workstreams using SEO tools: keyword tracking, technical issues, visibility trends and the actions that follow.
- Keep client stores in good health - product feed integrity, tag configuration, Search Console coverage - catching small issues before they become bigger ones.
- Support new client onboarding: connecting the tool stack, running initial health checks and setting the data baseline everything else builds from.
- Use Microsoft Clarity to dig into on-site behaviour - session recordings, heatmaps, drop-off points - and turn what you find into practical UX recommendations.
- Manage eCRM delivery in Klaviyo - campaigns, flows, segmentation and list health - with a close eye on what the data says is working and what needs to change.
- Keep client documentation up to date - audit findings, platform setups, workstream logs and backlog items.
Experience & Skills
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with data and knows what to do with it. Most of the following should apply:
- Three to five years’ experience minimum in eCommerce, digital marketing or an agency role, with a solid understanding of how D2C brands work and what drives performance.
- Confident use of GA4 - not just reading dashboards, but building reports, investigating anomalies and explaining findings clearly to clients.
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush or a similar platform, used for real-time monitoring and investigation, not just automated reports.
- Shopify experience - comfortable in the admin and able to make straightforward configuration changes independently.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Clarity or a comparable behavioural analytics tool, and the ability to translate what you see into actionable recommendations.
- Klaviyo experience, or strong familiarity with a comparable eCRM platform - with an understanding of how flow logic and segmentation connect to revenue.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Merchant Centre and Tag Manager.
- Clear, confident written communication - you can take a complex data finding and explain it in plain English.
- Able to manage multiple client workstreams at once without things slipping.
Working at Green Snow
We’re a small team, so the work is real and so is the accountability. You won’t be one of many people doing the same job — you’ll have a genuine remit, clients who know your name and direct access to the people making decisions. The work is fast paced, varied and the standards are extremely high.
