Summary

monday to friday

2am to 9am

We are seeking a dedicated Early Morning Production Operative to join our team in the GB area. This vital role involves preparing and producing delicious sandwiches early each day, ensuring our clients receive fresh products to start their day right. Your contribution will help uphold our company's reputation for excellence in catering.
Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company standards.

helping with deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
Operate basic mechanical equipment used in food production.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Ensure timely completion of production schedules.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience or knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP.
Basic understanding of food production processes.
Mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
Good numeracy skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory.
Ability to work early mornings consistently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
