Reformer Pilates instructor

Location: BournemouthJob Type: Part-time / FreelancePay: £30–£50 per class depending on experience

We’re launching a brand new boutique reformer Pilates studio in Bournemouth and are looking for passionate instructors to join our founding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fresh, modern studio from day one and help build a welcoming community-focused space.

We’re looking for instructors who are energetic, professional, and confident teaching reformer Pilates to a range of clients from beginners to experienced members.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, engaging reformer Pilates classes
Create an excellent client experience
Provide exercise modifications where needed
Build strong relationships with members
Maintain a positive and professional studio atmosphere

Requirements

Certified reformer Pilates qualification
Group class teaching experience preferred
Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
Strong communication and cueing skills
Passion for health, fitness, and client care
