We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Residential Sales Negotiator who brings a wealth of experience in property sales to our team!

Job Description
Your days will be as exciting as they are varied! Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect: -
· Conduct Market Appraisals: Showcase your expertise by arranging and conducting market appraisals for a diverse array of town and country properties and providing follow-up reports.
· Manage Client Relations: Keep in touch with both existing and potential clients, managing a healthy pipeline.
· Organise Your Day: Juggle your diary and emails like a pro!
· Create Marketing Material: Prepare sale particulars and captivating marketing content.
· Use Cutting-Edge Software: Become proficient in our specialist estate agency software (Reapit).
· Build Client Connections: Forge and nurture strong relationships with your clients.
· Maximise Revenue: Help us grow our property register and boost our revenues.
Skills Required
To shine in this role, you’ll need: -
· Previous experience in estate agency as a Sales Negotiator
· Fantastic communication skills that make connections easy
· Strong negotiation skills to seal the deal
· A knack for building and maintaining client relationships
· Accurate, numerate, and comfortable with IT
· Great organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
· Initiative to spot opportunities and make them happen
· The ability to work independently as well as part of our team
· Great multitasking prowess to prioritize your workload
· A full, clean UK driving license and your own transport
