Overview

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Executive to help drive our marketing strategy while providing valuable support to our sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, has plenty of initiative, and wants to make a real impact within a growing business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive marketing initiatives while actively supporting sales efforts to boost business growth. You will be instrumental in developing compelling marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and coordinating sales activities to ensure seamless communication between departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about marketing and sales, this is the perfect role for you!

Experience in the dental industry is helpful but not essential.

Duties

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote products and services across various channels.
Design and distribute engaging email marketing campaigns (e-shots).
Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Create and update website content, blogs and landing pages.
Support the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform campaign planning.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with sales objectives and organizational goals.
Track campaign performance metrics using analysis skills and Microsoft Excel to optimize future initiatives.
Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings to foster relationships and generate leads.

Skills

Excellent command of English for clear communication and professional correspondence.
Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously with effective time management.
Proficiency in analysis skills for interpreting market data and campaign results.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Leadership qualities to motivate team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts effectively.
Experience updating website content (WordPress or similar CMS desirable).
Good graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies to target corporate clients successfully.
Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, stakeholders, and internal teams confidently.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and documentation.
Basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot common technical issues related to digital marketing tools.
Organizational skills for managing multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
