Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Experience

Proven management experience within human resources or related fields.
Supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams successfully.
Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and organisational policies
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
Excellent presentation skills for delivering training sessions and strategic updates.
