Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role offers an opportunity to shape organisational culture and optimise HR processes through strategic management and innovative practices. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting organisational growth and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Manage recruitment processes and systems to attract top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding, training programmes, and professional development initiatives.
Supervise HR team members and coordinate their activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
Analyse HR data using data analysis skills to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Conduct performance appraisals, manage employee relations, and address workplace issues effectively.
Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to leadership teams and staff.
Utilise Xero for payroll, benefits administration, and reporting purposes.

Experience

Proven management experience within human resources or related fields.
Supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams successfully.
Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and organisational policies
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
Excellent presentation skills for delivering training sessions and strategic updates.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
