We are now seeking for a skilled Quality Control Team Leader to join our Team in Huntington, York. Monday-Thursday 8.00am-4.30pm
Friday 8.00am-4.00pm (Friday working is essential)
Totalling 37.75 hours per week
Main Duties:
- Leadership of Quality Control team department.
- Visual inspection of electronic assemblies ensuring compliance to customer requirements.
- Production testing of electronic assemblies using a variety of test jigs and equipment.
- Recording test result and data for analysis.
- Ensure paperwork is correctly completed and ISO9001 quality process have been followed.
- Fault finding & rework of product.
- Assist with non-conformance report (NCR) investigations.
- Assist with raising production build standards through culture change and emphasis on ‘making excellence a habit’.
- Ensure efficient use of personnel and resource to achieve throughput requirements
- Support the Company’s continuous quality improvement ethos.
- Complete any other reasonable tasks beneficial to the business.

Qualifications
- An electronic or engineering education/interest/experience.
- The following IPC certification is required or working toward:
- IPC-A-610, J-STD, IPC 7711/7721
