Full job description

Job Description:
We're hiring an Amazon Account Manager to own client relationships and manage the day-to-day performance of Amazon accounts. This is a client-facing role. You'll oversee workflow, set and track targets alongside clients, and make sure accounts hit their goals.

Responsibilities:

Own client relationships as main point of contact
Onboard new clients and manage handoffs
Oversee Amazon accounts for workflow and delivery
Set targets with clients and track progress against them
Run regular check-ins and performance reviews
Handle client comms and work requests
Identify upsell/renewal opportunities
Resolve issues and escalate when needed
Track account health and report on metrics

Requirements:

2+ years in account management, client success, or similar
Solid Amazon expertise (Seller Central / Vendor Central, PPC, listings, account health)
Excellent written English and verbal communication
Comfortable with CRM, task management, and AI tools
Very proactive, organized, self-directed
Can work flexible hours, BUT must be available weekdays to reply to clients
We are an agency, so no agencies need apply. Freelancers or permanent people only

Nice to have:

SaaS/agency experience
Familiarity with Google AdWords, TikTok, Walmart, Meta
Experience managing multiple client accounts at once

Details:

Hours: 30-40 hours a week, part or full time, we are open to both
Client-facing role
Would need to be willing to come to the office some days (Bristol BS1) - this is not a 100% remote role, its Hybrid

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bristol BS1 - flexible office work so we can work together as a small team

Pay: £25,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
