Full job description

Coordinator – 14-month FTC

We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Coordinator to support our teams, schedule engineer visits and manage the planning of projects as well as ensure customer jobs are completed efficiently and on time. The role is based in the company’s head office near Fleet and can be worked 4 full days or 5 shorter days. Salary is £31,000 pro-rata (actual £24,800).

The perfect candidate will have experience in a similar coordination, strong administration or scheduling role, with strong organisation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The role

Coordinate technician schedules in line with customer requirements and SLAs
Optimise schedules and manage changes where priorities conflict
Carry out customer pre-calls and follow up after visits
Ensure work orders are accurate and complete
Monitor SLA performance and record failed visits
Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns where needed
