YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You are responsible for overseeing the daily fleet check and key management processes, ensuring complete accountability of all vehicles and keys through comprehensive daily analysis

You will manage the complete infleet/defleet process and coordinate daily vehicle movements to ensure all bookings are covered and vehicles are positioned optimally

You will collaborate with pricing and yield teams to maximize revenue through strategic fleet positioning while analyzing turnaround data to drive operational efficiencies

You will be managing and developing your entire fleet team, providing coaching, support, and comprehensive training to deliver exceptional customer experiences

You will be building and maintaining premium relationships with suppliers to reduce out-of-service vehicles while managing outsourced labor within budget parameters

You will work toward ambitious branch and personal targets while ensuring turnaround areas maintain audit-ready conditions and compliance standards
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
