Role Description
This full-time, working 4 days a week on-site Business Development Representative role is based in the Greater Sheffield Area. Salary dependent on experience.
The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline.
The Business Development Representative will conduct discovery calls, present solutions aligned to client needs, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
Day-to-day activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing sales reports, and supporting the development of targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage prospects, build relationships, and present solutions clearly.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Business Development skills to manage pipelines, negotiate, and support closing deals.
Candidates should ideally have experience with CRM tools
Relevant experience in B2B technology or infrastructure solutions, or a related field, is beneficial.
A results-oriented mindset, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and strong organizational skills are important.
Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
