Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Residential Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of your portfolio, ensuring tenant and landlord satisfaction, and maximizing each property performance. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will drive the success of our property management team, creating a positive living environment for residents while maintaining operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead property portfolios with energy and professionalism, ensuring all properties are well-maintained, compliant, and profitable.

Responsibilities

Oversee the management of multiple residential properties, ensuring smooth daily operations and tenant satisfaction
Coordinate maintenance and repairs by working closely with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues
Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety standards, cleanliness, and overall appearance
Handle tenant enquiries via phone and email with professional etiquette, providing prompt and effective solutions
Conduct check outs and inventories on your property portfolio. Recommend pro-active works to landlords
Maintain accurate data entry records related to compliance, payments and invoices, maintenance logs, and tenant communications

Experience

Proven experience in office administration or property management roles within the residential real estate sector
Experience in promoting pro-active and re-active maintenance opportunities
Good knowledge of maintenance and compliance requirements
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
