£28,000 – £34,000 base + uncapped commission

We’re hiring for Sales Representatives to join a growing, high-energy sales team with big ambitions. This is a role for people who want to learn quickly, earn well, and be part of a business that’s scaling properly.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue through outbound activity and conversations with prospective clients.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

Prospecting and engaging new customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Building pipeline through high-quality outbound activity
Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for senior sales or progressing deals yourself
Managing your own pipeline and consistently hitting targets
Collaborating closely with the wider sales team to refine messaging and approach

This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait role — it’s for someone who enjoys being proactive and making things happen.

What We’re Looking For

6–18 months in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role (or strong entry-level candidates with the right attitude)
Confident communicator who’s comfortable picking up the phone
Motivated by targets, progression, and earning potential
Coachable, resilient, and driven to improve
A genuine interest in building a career in sales

You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to be hungry.
