Bakers & Larners’ reputation is built upon quality service and products, with a family heritage dating back to the 1700’s and set in the pretty Georgian town.
We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to bring this to life through the planning, design and creation of innovative displays incorporating our extensive store windows and throughout the store. You will be focused on seasonality, events, key brands and commercial awareness to ensure we maximise sales opportunities. The role will require you to build excellent relationships with selling floor teams to achieve the highest standards in presentation and POS display.
The role will suit someone who has a keen awareness of what constitutes an eye catching display, whilst being aware of the commercial need to capture every sales opportunity. You must be able to work both as part of a team but also be self-motivated to work unsupervised and within time constraints. Qualifications and/or experience in Display or Design, together with experience of retail are essential.
The role is offered on a permanent part-time basis for between 22.5hrs and 30hrs per week.
